Booking confirmations

Your booking will be completed when the payment process is successful, then you will be given your Booking Number and Itinirayry. Fares must be paid in full when a booking is made. In case that the fare has not been paid in full for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to cancel the booking prior to the trip date. If you don’t recieve your confirmation email with an e-ticket within 24 hours after receiving your payment confirmation, please immediately contact us so we can reissue your ticket. If we have not been notified from you within

within 24 hours prior to the departure time, Everyday Krabi cannot be responsible if the customer does not receive their ticket on time.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once making cancellation or requesting refunds, 10% of the total amount is non-refundable. This 10% will be used to cover fees connected to your booking such as credit card transactions and other administrative charges. Refunds will only be issued to the card used to purchase the tour.

  • If you cancel your booking with more than 7 days notice we will refund 90% of your totaly trip price.
  • If you cancel your booking with more than 2 days notice we will refund 70% of your totaly trip price.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Anytime prior to poor weather conditions or any circumstances beyond the reasonable for any safety reason. Cancellations are processed for the safety and comfort of traveling passengers. In case of a trip cancellation from ‘Everyday Krabi’ by Everyday is Good Co., Ltd., we shall refund any amount paid by the customer directly back to the customer. However, if travelers would like to postpone the trip, this can be done by re-cooking the same trip again.

For any reasons that travelers are uncertain to take the trip and would like to cancel, please inform us before 07:00 of the trip date. Eventhough the trip cannot be refunded due to cancellation policy, the trip can be postponed 1-3 days from the original date. Kindly reminded that we have to check the avaiability of the specific dates.

Same Day Flights:

We do not recommend that our customers book the trips that are time-overlapped with you flight’s time. If, for any reason, if the trip is taken on the same day as the flight, please leave as much time as possible for your own convinience. We recommend a pre-scheduled private taxi from pier to airport to lessen the risk of a late arrival. We would like you to have fun but not miss your flightd and we cannot be responsible of any flight missings.

Liability& Insurance

By accepting these terms you agree to participating in the activities offered on each tour at your own risk and that you must take responsibility for your own safety. ‘Everyday Krabi’ by Everyday is Good Co., Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to there own actions or are caused by factors outside of human control (Force majeure).

General Behavior and Travel Manner

Once at the departing pier, passengers should comply with the instructions of the ferry company's servants and agents concerning all matters connected with the service and should comply with any notice exhibited on the vessel. Ferry companies reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason.

We are requesting all travelers to be considerate of sharing public space and facilites while traveleing and visiting natural sites with respects and conciousness. We are happy to have you in Krabi and hoping for your best vacation time. We would appreciate any furthur comments on our service for future’s development and solutions. We cannot be responsible of any actions, discriminations, or violences against the laws of The Kingdom of Thailand.

Physical Notice

We recommend caution for any customer traveling who is pregnant or has heart and back problems or any other physical impediments. We also recommend a high degree of caution for parents traveling with infants (under 3 years old). Each ferry or boat company will provide their own passenger insurance to cover any losses as well as insurance from the Thailand Tourism Authority to cover personal injury or loss. ‘Everyday Krabi’ by Everyday is Good Co., Ltd. Limited and its agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or any personal property, whether in respect of the voyage to and from the Island, under any circumstances whatsoever.

Payment

Fares and charges are payable in the currency selected with our published fares unless otherwise specifically stated by us. All fares, prices, trip schedules, routes published, and services are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time and from time to time without prior notice.Fares may exclude administration fees, service charges and other charges unless otherwise specifically stated by us.

Service Fees & Taxes

You may be subject to government tax and an agency administration service fee in respect of your use of any of our services or facilities will be in addition to the stated ticket price, unless otherwise specifically stated by us. Taxes and service fees may change from time to time.

Group Bookings

These are governed by specific terms that vary from time to time. Please contact our online customer service agents for further details.

Language

The language of these Terms & Conditions is English and even though there may be translations of these Terms & Conditions in other languages, English shall be the sole language used in the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

Prices

There are no other extra charges from the fares and prices published due to the trip services except any Entrance or National Park Fees which have been notified in each trip detail. Entrance and National Park Fees adjustments are subject to change at any time and from time to time without prior notice by the Thailand Tourism Authority.
